CSEC was incorporated in 2004 to Design, Install and Monitor Solar Electric PV Systems for residential, commercial and industrial uses. After 30 years of electrical contracting Roy Barrett "retired" to the Coachella Valley to start CSEC. The company (corporation) has installed over 80 systems to date throughout the valley.

With a belief that solar is one of the leading answers to our energy needs, that it helps the consumer lock in energy costs at a resonable rate and helps stop global warming we feel it is a Win-Win-Win technology whose time has come! We are not affiliated with any PV manufacturer, therefore we are able to use the best products availabale (cost vs. performance) for my customers' needs.
